The LG OLED97G61LW offers the latest and unique wide colour gamut technology. You will get much better colour reproduction, supported by 100% colour volume certification. The LG TV ensures a bright, detailed picture and enhanced contrast thanks to precise backlight control. You will be able to watch programmes and films in detailed 4K Ultra HD quality. The powerful processor used in the TV takes care of 4K Upscaling for improved resolution, brightness and overall picture clarity. Enjoy a cinema-like spectacle on the screen of the LG G61LW smart TV. With HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision technology, you'll see every film with exceptional colour and contrast. All this will take film watching and gaming to a higher level. The artificial intelligence can automatically optimise colour, brightness and contrast, raising the quality of SDR images to the HDR level.
Watch motion with absolute sharpness
The LG OLED97G61LW is ClearMR 10000 certified, effectively minimising motion blur between frames for a sharp and clear picture even with fast motion, while HGiG technology preserves HDR tone mapping exactly as intended by the game's creators—with precise highlights, deep shadows, and balanced colours. Together, the ClearMR certification and HGiG technology ensure that the picture remains clear and HDR is accurate, so every scene is displayed exactly as it should be.
Perfect Black and Perfect Colour OLED technology
With the LG OLED97G61LW smart TV, you will be surprised by the perfect black colour even in bright or dark rooms. The UL Verified Perfect Black technology ensures a true representation of black, exceptional contrast and impressive picture depth. Realistic colour reproduction is then ensured by the UL Verified Perfect Colour technology, which delivers vivid, accurate and natural shades in every scene. The LG OLED97G61LW with Brightness Booster Pro technology takes the brightness of the OLED panel to a new level. The higher peak brightness accentuates details in bright scenes, improves picture legibility and gives HDR content even greater depth and realism. You will enjoy more prominent lighting effects, more vivid colours and perfectly rendered details even when watching in bright rooms.
The LG OLED97G61LW has a high-performance and smart processor
The heart of the whole smart TV is the powerful alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor, which ensures faster image processing. That's why you'll get a 4K Ultra HD picture with much better sharpness and depth than before. The processor is so advanced that it can recognise content by genre and adjust the quality accordingly. The LG AI TV optimises picture and sound while streamlining daily life with a personalised AI Hub.
A smart TV with Dolby Atmos and sound expansion capability
By reproducing sound as immersive 360° sound objects instead of static channels, the system creates a home cinema environment where detail and depth remain true to the scene. The LG OLED97G61LW makes it easy for you to control your sound with the centralised WOW Interface. Directly through the smart TV, you can easily adjust the sound of a compatible soundbar for the programme you're watching or the music genre. You'll be able to access functions, profiles and modes with ease. In conjunction with a compatible LG soundbar, you can also use WOW Orchestra technology, which synchronises the TV's speakers and soundbar for a richer, more spatial sound.
The LG OLED97G61LW has 60W speakers with AI and a virtual 11.1.2 system
The OLED97G61LW features 60W speakers and enhances sound clarity with AI Clear Sound technology. The Dynamic Sound Booster uses the power of the AI processor for an even more pronounced sound. Using deep learning, it creates a virtual 11.1.2 channel system that can fill the entire room with sound. AI Object Remastering automatically tunes voices, background music and sound effects. The result is precise sound in every situation. AI Sound enhances the overall sound quality and provides surround sound that deepens the listening experience.
