Absolutely brilliant idea and for a very low price too. Now I don't have to worry about what to choose and whether it will be unnecessarily expensive with the added shipping cost. So when I'm looking for something, I always check first if Alza has it in stock. Then I just select the item, pay with my card, and the box with the item is just a short walk from my house and I can usually pick it up the next day. It's true that this service has increased the number of items I order from Alza, but I also don't have to look for items elsewhere and pay for shipping. Highly recommended!

Nice service, definitely worth buying for the whole year. The big advantage is that there's no minimum purchase amount; they deliver for free even if your order is just one crown.

Good service for customers who shop at Alza often. It pays off especially for those who don't have the option to pick up the goods for free at the store and have them sent to AlzaBoxes. I don't have to buy multiple things at once (to save on shipping fees), but I can order small items more often and I still don't pay anything for shipping.

What is AlzaPlus+ and when can I get free delivery?

AlzaPlus+ is a paid customer program whose members get free shipping for their purchases to AlzaBoxes, to branch stores, and pick up points (Packeta, Foxpost, PostaPont). There is no limit on the number of orders within the membership, so you can shop every day without worrying about delivery charges.

How can I get an AlzaPlus+ membership?

You can purchase an AlzaPlus+ membership by clicking here or activate it directly in the shopping cart when selecting the delivery method. You become eligible for free delivery immediately after paying for your membership.

You may also receive an AlzaPlus+ membership as a gift when purchasing selected products. Please note that if you buy multiple products, the gift is only granted once. The membership is activated automatically.

How much does AlzaPlus+ cost and how long do I pay for it?

AlzaPlus+ costs HUF 500 per month (when purchased as part of an annual membership for HUF 5,990 per year). The membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

If you'd like to try AlzaPlus+ or purchase it for a shorter period, you can choose a monthly membership for HUF 500. The monthly option is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the membership is paid by card, it renews automatically.

Can I try the program for free?

We do not offer a free trial period. However, you can activate the programme for one month for HUF 500. This means that if you place more than two orders in a single month, the investment in free delivery already pays off.

You may also receive an AlzaPlus+ membership as a gift when purchasing selected products. Please note that if you buy multiple products, the gift is only granted once. The membership is activated automatically.

How can I cancel my AlzaPlus+ membership?

It depends on whether you have already used the benefits and which membership plan you have:

If you have not used the membership at all: You can cancel it at any time, and we will automatically refund the amount you paid. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships.

If you have already used the benefits:

1-year membership: You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase or automatic renewal. In this case, we will refund the membership fee, minus the standard value of the benefits you have already used (e.g. completed deliveries).

1-month membership:If you have already used the benefits during the month, the membership fee is generally non-refundable, as the value of the benefits exceeds the price. Any refund applies only to the current month.

If the membership was paid by card, it renews automatically. You can disable automatic renewal at any time on Alza.hu after logging into your account. In this case, the membership will not renew and will expire at the end of the paid period. For example, if a monthly membership was paid on April 1 at 15:00 and cancelled on April 20, you can still use free delivery until April 30 at 15:00, after which standard delivery charges will apply.

Can I use AlzaPlus+ as an entrepreneur?

Yes, you can also enjoy the benefits of AlzaPlus+ as an entrepreneur.

Where can I find AlzaPlus+ member discounts?

We inform AlzaPlus+ members about discounts through several communication channels. For this reason, we recommend enabling newsletters, marketing text messages, and push notifications so you receive discount updates as soon as possible.

Does AlzaPlus+ free delivery also apply when paying cash on delivery?

No. Free delivery applies only to the delivery method (AlzaBox, Alza stores, Packeta, Foxpost, and PostaPont pickup points), regardless of the payment method you choose. This means you do not pay for the eligible delivery methods, but cash on delivery fees may still be charged separately.

How do I redeem a voucher from a friend?

Open www.alza.hu/alzaplus-referral. Enter your friend's code in the "Activation code" field and click "Activate". Then simply complete your order and start enjoying discounts and free delivery with AlzaPlus+.
