It has an extra white, non-stick, interior surface of ceramic, a thick bottom for induction heating and a comfortable ergonomic handle. Of course, a highly-resistant glass lid is also included.

The high-quality, non-stick, ceramic interior is extremely resistant to mechanical damage (scratches and scrapes), and therefore, it will not be harmed by the use of metal utensils. It even allows you to mix directly in the pot! In addition, it is distinguished by a strong resistance to thermal shock and its non-stick capabilities, which guarantees that your food will never burn. The Tefal Ceramic Control Induction frying pan is perfect for frying foods until golden and crispy. The Strong Induction bottom disc of stainless steel ensures an efficient and uniform heat distribution over the entire bottom surface of the pan and is also resistant to deformation.
Perfect Cooking Control
The vessel is equipped with a Thermo-Spot™ temperature indicator. This signals the moment when the pan has reached the right temperature so you can start preparing food. It will not lead to an overly heated bottom and your cooking results will end up outstanding. Thermo-Spot™ consists of two colours that are sensitive to temperature changes. When reaching the ideal temperature for frying (approximately 180°C), it gives a solid colour indication.
