The McDavid NRG Spring Hinge Knee Brace XL provides medial and lateral support for moderate to severe knee instability. It is also intended for the recovery period after a sprain, strain or surgery. The Spring Hinge Joint Assist technology relieves muscle and joint tension – when wearing one brace on each knee, it can reduce the load by up to 25%, i.e. up to 12.5% per knee. The design of the McDavid NRG Spring Hinge knee brace is up to 60% lighter than the McDavid 429 model. Universal adjustable straps help to fit the brace to the leg, the opening at the front provides support for the patella, and the lightweight design also wicks away moisture during sports activities.
