Use:
The Big Bore Hybrid Tubeless Valves Blue Large valve is first disassembled into its individual parts. Then it is necessary to select the correct insert for the specific rim type. The insert slides down into the bottom of the valve. The valve stem is then pushed into the hole in the rim until it pushes through. The O-ring is then inserted and slid all the way down to touch the rim again. A retaining ring is screwed over the O-ring. The next stage is to tighten the round valve body on the stem and hold it inside the rim using a 4mm hex key and an 8mm wrench to tighten the valve body to a quarter turn. Care must be taken to avoid overtightening, as this will damage the O-ring. Finally, just push on the valve base inside the rim and tighten the retaining ring until it's tight and the O-ring squeezes out slightly. This ensures airtightness.
