The board supports dual-channel DDR5 memory with overclocking up to 6800MHz, using advanced SMT soldering technology for the slots, which minimises electromagnetic interference and ensures a clean signal at high frequencies. The Latency Killer feature available in the BIOS reduces memory latency by up to 12% when running at high frequencies and is compatible with EXPO overclocking profiles, Memory Try It!! and other advanced modes. Activating an EXPO profile enables automatic overclocking of compatible memory with optimal power settings for the best system speed and stability.
Expandability and storage
The board features one PCIe x16 slot equipped with Steel Armor construction, which protects the graphics card from bending and electromagnetic interference with a reinforced mount and additional solder points. For storage devices, there is one M.2 slot with PCIe 4.0 support, providing a transfer speed of up to 64GB/s, which lets you connect the fastest SSDs to reduce game and application loading times. Four SATA III ports offer flexibility for connecting traditional hard drives and SSDs, while one PCIe x1 slot expands options for additional cards. The Resizable BAR feature lets the processor access the entire graphics card framebuffer at once, increasing performance in gaming applications.
