The Levenhuk Kelvin Bright STM127 smart telescope is a catadioptric model that combines optics with digital features. With automatic guidance and control via a mobile app, it's perfect for stargazers. The telescope automatically finds a selected object from its extensive database and keeps it in the field of view. It includes an integrated Full HD camera with 64GB of memory, which lets you instantly record and save your observations without needing to connect any other devices.

Automatic Go-To and smart control

The telescope is equipped with an automated alt-azimuth mount that simplifies observing the night sky. Simply select your target using the MirroSky mobile app, available for both iOS and Android. You have a database of over 100000 objects to choose from. After selection, the telescope automatically focuses on the object and begins tracking it, compensating for the Earth's rotation. Connection to your mobile device is via dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5GHz).

Record your observations in Full HD quality

The integrated astronomical camera handles the digital recording of your observations. It uses a CMOS Sony Starvis 2 sensor that captures images and videos in Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080px). This means you can digitally record your observations without connecting an external camera. All files are saved to the built-in 64GB memory. The app also includes image processing functions, such as image stacking, colour correction and shutter speed adjustment.

Catadioptric optics and construction

The telescope's optical system is catadioptric, meaning it combines mirrors and lenses to achieve high performance. With a 127mm objective lens diameter and a 1900mm focal length, it provides a magnification range of 76× to 254×, ideal for observation. The optical tube is made of aluminium and sits on a steel tripod. The equipment also includes a Plössl eyepiece with a 25mm focal length.
