Limited viewing angle
With a ±30° viewing angle, our privacy filters keep your screen content perfectly safe from prying eyes, meaning it is only visible to the person sitting directly in front of the monitor. This feature is ideal for working in open-plan offices, public areas or while travelling, where data privacy is crucial. This protection lets you work securely with sensitive information without worrying about unauthorised exposure.
Anti-glare and blue light filter
The built-in anti-glare and blue light filter effectively relieves eye strain during long hours at your computer, while also helping to protect your eyesight from the harmful effects of blue light emissions. This technology minimises the risk of uncomfortable eye strain and headaches, and reduces the likelihood of disrupting your natural sleep cycle, which is often negatively affected by evening exposure to blue light. Enjoy more comfortable working hours and support healthy, restful sleep.
Compatible with touchscreens
Kensington privacy filters are fully compatible with touchscreen monitors and laptops, letting you use all touch controls without any limitations. Thanks to their precision engineering and ultra-thin design, the filters do not affect touchscreen sensitivity or response times. This seamless performance is particularly valuable when working on modern devices where smooth and precise control is key to efficiency and comfort.
Kensington filter as effective screen protection
The Kensington filter adds an extra layer of physical protection to your screen, reducing the risk of scratches, cracks or other mechanical damage caused by daily wear and tear. It also shields the display from unsightly smudges, fingerprints and dust, ensuring a longer lifespan for your monitor and a clean, professional look.
Two installation options
Mounting tabs allow for easy, repeated removal and reattachment of the filter without losing functionality, making them ideal if you need flexibility during your workday. Alternatively, you can use the adhesive tape for a more permanent fit and a cleaner look that does not disrupt the aesthetics of your monitor or leave residue if removed. This installation system offers maximum convenience tailored to your individual needs.
Reversible design
One side of the filter features a matte finish that effectively reduces glare and minimises the visibility of fingerprints, ensuring better screen readability even in challenging lighting conditions. This side is ideal for working in high-intensity light environments, such as offices with large windows or outdoors. The other side is glossy, which enhances colour saturation and provides a brighter, more detailed image, making it perfect for activities where precise image reproduction is essential, such as graphic design or watching videos. The choice between these two finishes lets you adapt the filter to your current needs and environment.
Made in the EU with eco-friendly packaging
The Kensington privacy filter helps protect the environment by reducing its carbon footprint through eco-friendly packaging. Fully recyclable cardboard packaging is designed with sustainability in mind and contains minimal plastic, reducing the impact on our planet. This responsible packaging choice not only saves natural resources but also supports easy recycling, encouraging active involvement in green initiatives. Every step in the manufacturing and distribution process is optimised with sustainability in mind, so you can feel good about supporting products that respect our planet.
Kensington privacy filter compatibility
To ensure correct compatibility between your device and your chosen privacy filter, we recommend using the simple tool available on the manufacturer's website, where you can quickly and easily find the exact filter for your monitor or laptop model. This online guide eliminates guesswork and ensures you get a product that fits your device perfectly, whether you are looking at screen size, aspect ratio or specific features. The result is a hassle-free installation and optimal filter performance.
High scratch resistance
The durable surface of the filter effectively resists scratches and other mechanical damage from daily use. It is tested to a hardness rating of up to 2H, meaning it easily withstands contact with hard objects like pens or other office supplies. This high level of durability not only extends the life of the filter but also provides reliable protection for your screen against unwanted scratches, scuffs or other signs of wear. This makes it the ideal choice for demanding work environments with frequent device handling, or for users who value the long-term aesthetics and functionality of their equipment.
