How to use the tesa adhesive nail
The product is easy to adjust, remove and reuse. The main advantage of the tesa adhesive nail is that it lets you mount objects without damaging the surface. This avoids unnecessary drilling, which significantly reduces noise and mess, and saves time. The product is not suitable for vinyl wallpaper and non-stick surfaces (silicone, PTFE). The tesa adhesive nail is designed for wallpaper and plaster.
Clean the surface, apply the adhesive strip and activate the Powerstrips Technology
Before application, clean the surface with a duster. Unpack the adhesive strip and apply it vertically to a clean and dry surface. Activate the Powerstrips Technology. Press the strip firmly for 5 seconds to increase its adhesion and effectiveness.
Stick on the nail and ensure a perfect hold
Remove the protective film from the strip and attach the nail so that its bottom edge lines up with the grey line on the strip. Now, press the tesa nail onto the surface at the top for 5 seconds. Do the same at the bottom.
Mount your object
It holds objects up to 0.5kg. By using 2 nails, the load capacity increases to 1kg. The tesa adhesive nail is therefore ideal for mounting objects around the home.
Removing the nail
Hold the head of the nail and slowly pull the adhesive strip down along the wall. This releases the adhesive and removes the nail.
