The Epico UltraBoard EK40 aluminium case with keyboard is compatible with Apple iPad 10.9" (2024) and 11" (A16) tablets. The keyboard connects to your device wirelessly via Bluetooth. The case is made from a combination of aluminium and synthetic leather. Your tablet attaches to it magnetically, and the adjustable stand lets you set your desired viewing angle. The keyboard offers a Slovak layout and backlit keys with adjustable brightness.

Construction and positioning

The case has a solid aluminium body complemented by a synthetic leather finish. Your iPad attaches to the keyboard with magnets that hold it securely in place. The closure is also magnetic. Thanks to the adjustable stand, you can easily set the desired angle for typing or watching content. Despite its durable construction, the keyboard maintains a slim profile with a thickness of 5mm.

MacBook-inspired keyboard

The low-profile keys are inspired by the design of MacBook keyboards. The keyboard has a Slovak layout. The static white backlight with adjustable brightness is ideal for working in low-light conditions. There is also a top row of function keys for quick access to brightness, volume, and media controls, or to activate the voice assistant.

Controls and battery life

The integrated multi-touch trackpad supports gesture control and is used for system navigation. Power is provided by a rechargeable Li-ion battery, which lasts up to 90 hours of use without backlighting or 5 hours with the backlighting on. In standby mode, the battery lasts up to 90 days, helped by the automatic power-saving mode. A USB-C port is used for charging.
