Low running costs and the MegaTank system
The Canon PIXMA G3480 uses a refillable MegaTank ink system, which significantly reduces printing costs. The package includes high-yield GI-41 ink bottles that print up to 6000 mono and 7700 colour pages. In economy mode, the yield can reach up to 7600 pages with black ink and 8100 pages with colour inks. Keyed-nozzle bottles make refilling the ink clean and safe. Another practical advantage is the user-replaceable MC-G07 maintenance cartridge.
Wireless printing and mobile connectivity
The printer supports a wireless Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/g/n connection for convenient printing from laptops, phones and tablets. Support for Apple AirPrint, Mopria and the Canon PRINT app lets you send documents quickly without complex configuration. The Wireless Direct function enables a direct connection between your device and the printer without using a router. The model also supports PIXMA Cloud Link for cloud printing. The wireless connection makes it easy to share the printer among multiple users in the home.
