Candy ProDry 550 tumble dryer – designed for all your garments
The CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 tumble dryer is designed to offer maximum laundry care while making daily household chores easier. It combines modern technology, quick programmes, and smart features for more convenient drying of various fabric types. The result is an appliance that helps save time, energy, and effort, while ensuring clothes stay in great condition for longer.
Heat pump and inverter motor – quiet and economical drying
With its inverter motor and heat pump, the CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 tumble dryer provides quiet and energy-efficient operation. Drying takes place at lower temperatures, which is gentler on fabrics and helps preserve their appearance, shape, and quality. Another advantage is the lower noise level, so the dryer is less disruptive to the normal running of your home.
Quick cycles – save time every day
When you need to dry your laundry as quickly as possible, you'll appreciate the 5 quick programmes that finish in under 60 minutes. The CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 offers short cycles of 14, 20, 30, or 45 minutes, as well as the Genius 59 min programme. This makes it easy to choose an option based on your current needs and have your laundry ready in no time.
Sensor drying – exactly to your needs
The dryer features 4 levels of automatic sensor drying, so you can tailor the result to the type of laundry and how you plan to use it next. You can choose a level suitable for ironing, hanging, putting away in a cupboard, or extra-dry laundry. The CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 helps you achieve the precise result you need.
AI Smart Move – fewer tangles, more gentleness
The AI Smart Move function uses bi-directional drum rotation, which contributes to more even drying while helping to reduce tangling and creasing. Combined with the cushioned surface of the drum, this also increases gentleness on fabrics. The result is more convenient care, even for bulkier items of clothing.
Genius programme – smart drying in a short time
The Genius programme can detect the moisture level of the laundry inside the drum and automatically adjusts the drying time accordingly. The maximum programme length is 59 minutes, making it ideal when you need to combine speed with a great result. The CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 helps you dry your laundry efficiently and without unnecessary waiting.
Silk programme – gentle care for delicate garments
For delicate materials, a special Silk programme is available. It dries at a lower temperature and helps protect fine fabrics from over-drying or shrinking. This way, the dryer offers more sensitive handling for clothes that require special care.
Woolmark Apparel Care – certified wool drying
Another great advantage is the Woolmark Apparel Care programme, which is designed for safe and gentle drying of woollen garments. It helps reduce fibre wear, pilling, and excessive friction, and carefully controls the drying temperature. This means even woollen clothing can be dried with greater confidence and care.
Display – easy and clear operation
The six-digit text display makes operating the CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 clear and convenient. The display can be set to Czech or Slovak, which simplifies programme selection and navigating the settings. It's a practical solution for daily use without having to search for complicated options.
Wi-Fi connectivity – control your drying remotely
With Wi-Fi support and the hOn app, the CANDY BPS 8N2BX-S SLIM ProDry 550 tumble dryer gains even more smart features. The app lets you choose from an extended range of programmes, monitor the dryer's status remotely, view energy consumption data, and receive maintenance alerts. This makes using the appliance even more convenient and flexible.
Delayed start and drain connection – greater convenience in operation
The practical delayed start function, with a delay of up to 24 hours, lets you fit drying around your daily schedule. The dryer automatically calculates when the cycle should start so that your laundry is ready at a time that suits you. The package also includes a hose for draining water directly, so you don't have to worry about regularly emptying the condensate container.
