How to use the tesa adhesive hook
The product is easy to adjust, remove, and reuse. The main advantage of the tesa adhesive hook is that it lets you mount objects without damaging the surface. This avoids unnecessary drilling, which significantly reduces noise and mess while saving time. The product is not suitable for vinyl wallpaper and non-stick surfaces (silicone, PTFE). The tesa adhesive hook is designed for wallpaper and plaster.
Clean the surface, apply the adhesive strip, and activate the Powerstrips technology
Before application, clean the surface with a duster. Unpack the adhesive strip and apply it vertically to a clean and dry surface. Activate the Powerstrips technology. Press the strip firmly for 5 seconds to increase its adhesion and effectiveness.
Stick on the nail and ensure a perfect hold
Remove the protective film from the strip and attach the hook so that its bottom edge aligns with the grey line on the strip. Now, press the tesa hook onto the surface at the top for 5 seconds. Do the same at the bottom.
Attach your object
Holds objects up to 1kg. Using 2 hooks increases the load capacity to 2kg. The tesa adhesive hook is therefore ideal for mounting objects around your home.
Removing the nail
Grip the nail head and slowly pull the adhesive strip down along the wall. This will release the adhesive and remove the nail.
