Who can join the Alza for Business program?
Any individual entrepreneur, small or large company, corporation, or public sector institution that provides their tax number (CIN) during registration on Alza.hu. The program does not apply to individuals – consumers.
How do I know what discounts I am eligible for?
The amount of the discounts is determined based on the orders registered under your business’s name and tax number through the company registration over the past 12 months.
How do I join the Alza for Business program?
Any customer who provides their tax number during registration will automatically be enrolled in the BASIC price list program. Entry into other price list programs is possible after individual evaluation of internal conditions, based on Alza’s exclusive decision.
Are there any restrictions on using the discounts?
If you provide your tax number during registration, you can use the basic discounts in the BASIC category without any limitations. For higher price list programs, discounts can also be used without limitation, but we constantly monitor compliance with the internal rules specific to each price list and will reevaluate the assigned price category accordingly. Alza can modify it unilaterally.
How do I know that my Alza for Business program is active?
If your tax number is filled out in your account settings, you are automatically part of the Alza for Business program, and you can access the benefits offered by the program when logged into your account.

Do the same warranty terms apply to business purchases as they do to regular customers?
Yes, we provide the same warranty terms to all customers, no matter the type or size of the business.
Can I register multiple company accounts with the same e-mail?
No, each registration must use a unique e-mail address. However, you can easily switch between your accounts when needed.
Can I edit my company details after registration?
Yes, but we advise against changing your tax number. Doing so may result in losing your business benefits, promotions, and other program perks. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
