The NANOTECH-EUROPE additive is a cleaning oil additive designed for diesel engines in passenger cars. Its functional component consists of tungsten nanoparticles, which form a protective coating on sliding surfaces. The protective coating reduces friction and engine wear, which contributes to a longer service life and higher efficiency. The application of the additive also leads to a reduction in fuel consumption and a reduction in harmful emissions. The product is suitable for year-round use.

Protective Coating of Tungsten Nanoparticles

The functional component of the product is fullerene-type spherical tungsten particles. The particles consist of several dozen layers, and under pressure in the engine, their individual layers gradually separate. This creates a tungsten nano-coating on the sliding surfaces. Furthermore, the hollow-core particles act like nano ball bearings, achieving very low friction and withstanding extreme dynamic and static loads. This prevents the formation of microcracks and erosion of the contact surfaces.

Lower Consumption and Higher Engine Performance

Thanks to the significant reduction of passive resistance in the engine, its efficiency is increased. The increase in efficiency is manifested not only by higher performance, but also by lower fuel consumption. Customer experience confirms a reduction in consumption in the range of 5–15%. In engines with higher mileage, the nanoparticles also smooth out worn surfaces and can thus contribute to a reduction in oil consumption. The effectiveness in reducing wear and friction has also been confirmed by tests carried out by the certification company SGS.

Engine Protection and Emission Reduction

The additive provides engine protection from the very first moments after starting. It eliminates the negative effects of so-called cold starts, which occur every time a cold engine is started, not just in winter. The created lubricating layer minimises friction and wear of components, ensures smoother running and contributes to a longer engine life with less need for servicing. At the same time, more efficient engine operation leads to a reduction in the amount of harmful emissions produced.
