– 3 years for X300 series phones (the standard warranty period for the mobile phone has been extended by 1 year). The technical accessories included in the retail packaging with the mobile phone are covered by the standard warranty period.
– 5 years for the battery in X300 series phones (the standard warranty period for the built-in battery has been extended by 3 years). The battery replacement service during the extended warranty period can only be performed once if its capacity drops below 80%.
