Britax Römer Swivel 2 Space Black

The Britax Römer Swivel 2 car seat is the next generation of the original Britax Römer Swivel rotating car seat. It boasts improved comfort for both the child and the adult when seating and securing the small passenger. The seat allows your child to travel in a rear-facing position with a secure 5-point harness up to the age of 7 (125cm). It is certified according to UN R129 standards and ensures protection on every journey. Deep, secure side wings protect your little one from external forces, while a robust support leg ensures a safe and stable position, even in the event of an accident. Thanks to its 360° rotation, getting in and out is a breeze, and you only need one free hand to rotate the seat and adjust the recline position simultaneously. Installation of the Britax Römer Swivel 2 is also easy thanks to the independent ISOFIX connectors. The car seat can be converted from a 5-point harness to a high-back booster seat. The car seat also features a machine-washable seat cover that can be easily removed without having to disconnect the harness. This means you can quickly clean up and get back on the road.

Britax Römer Swivel 2 for head-to-hip protection

Give your child the best protection as they grow. The high-back booster seat shell provides crucial support from head to hip, while the belt guides ensure the correct positioning of the seat belt. The padded, V-shaped headrest with energy-absorbing forks is specially designed to limit your child's head movement, protecting their neck in the worst-case scenario while giving them space as they grow.

With the Britax Römer Swivel 2, you can secure your child reliably, yet easily

Whether your child is forward-facing or rear-facing, in a reclined, upright, or in-between position, the 360° rotation of the Britax Römer Swivel 2 allows for quick, easy, and safe entry and exit of your child from the car. In the event of an impact, the harness distributes the force across all five points—the shoulders, hips, and between the legs—redirecting it into the protective seat shell. You secure the seat itself using the adjustable support leg and ISOFIX. The leg anchors to the car floor to provide sufficient stability and minimise tilting of the car seat. An easy-to-read indicator shows you when the support leg is firmly placed on the vehicle floor, making correct installation hassle-free.

Multiple recline positions

The Britax Römer Swivel 2 car seat has multiple recline positions that can be easily adjusted. With 3 forward-facing and 3 rear-facing positions, you can choose a position that allows your child to either rest or enjoy the view, keeping them happy so you can enjoy a stress-free journey. Thanks to the soft and effective chest pads of the Britax Römer Swivel 2 car seat, your child's movements will be limited during an impact. The pads add even more comfort to the secure 5-point harness and, in the event of inevitable mess, they can be easily removed for washing without having to unbuckle the harness.

Britax Römer Swivel 2 also for newborns

Give your child the best protection, comfort, and support with the specially designed newborn insert. The insert can be used for a particularly long time thanks to its extended neck and also offers a flat lying position. Energy-absorbing foam pads allow your baby to lie in a more comfortable and ergonomic position during their first precious weeks.
