Levenhuk New Skyline PRO MAK 102/1300 SQ2 Telescope

The Levenhuk New Skyline PRO MAK 102/1300 SQ2 is a Maksutov-Cassegrain catadioptric telescope that will be appreciated by both advanced and beginner astronomers. Its closed optical design provides a high-contrast image free of chromatic aberration, which is crucial for detailed observation. With a focal length of 1300mm and an objective lens diameter of 102mm, it is suitable for observing the Moon, planets and deep-sky objects. It includes an SQ2 equatorial mount for smooth tracking of celestial bodies on their path.

Optical system and precise tracking

The Maksutov-Cassegrain optical system has a closed design that protects the internal optics from dust and moisture. This provides a high-contrast, sharp image without distracting chromatic aberration, also making it suitable for terrestrial observation. With a limiting stellar magnitude of 11.8, you can also observe fainter deep-sky objects. The SQ2 equatorial mount with fine adjustment mechanisms on both axes ensures precise tracking of objects. In the package, you will find two eyepieces providing 52× and 130× magnification and a 90° screen size mirror for comfortable viewing.
