This pasta press is ideal for making fresh homemade pasta. You have the choice of six shaping plates to make different shapes of pasta. Each shaping plate consists of one metal frame and two plastic inserts. You can make Bucatini - long, thin, hollow pasta, Fusilli - corkscrew-shaped pasta, Macaroni (large and small) - tube-shaped pasta, Rigatoni - broad tube-shaped pasta and Spaghetti. After pressing 900g of dough, the mixer must be at rest for about 1 hour.
