The Hisense M2SE PRO projector uses DLP display technology and a laser light source with a brightness of 1100 ANSI lumens, achieving a native 4K UHD resolution. This 4K laser projector is built on a pure tri-colour laser that reproduces vivid colours and enhances image depth. Artificial intelligence also optimises every pixel for a high level of detail. As a smart projector, it runs on the Vidaa U9 operating system, providing access to streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. The audio is handled by 20W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos surround sound. Its short-throw design lets you create a large image even in smaller spaces, while automatic functions make setup easy.

4K resolution with a tri-colour laser
The projector displays using DLP technology in native 3840×2160 4K UHD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The 1000:1 contrast ratio defines the differences between light and dark parts of the scene. A brightness of 1100 ANSI lumens is suitable for projection in darkened rooms. The light source is a pure tri-colour laser that contributes to vivid colour reproduction. The features include support for HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG technologies for an extended dynamic range. Artificial intelligence helps to enhance every pixel, increasing the overall sharpness and clarity of the image.
Flexible projection and image adjustment
The device uses a short-throw projection system, which requires a distance of 1.4m to 5.8m from the projection surface to create an image with a screen size of 65" to 200". An optical zoom in the range of 1.0–1.3 gives further freedom in adjusting the image size without loss of sharpness. Automatic screen fit detects obstacles and adjusts the projection size to fit the available surface. Automatic tilt correction is also included. Installation options include ceiling, wall or freestanding placement.
Immersive sound, operating system, and operational features
The audio is handled by two 10W speakers. The built-in sound system supports Dolby Atmos technology to create a surround sound effect. The Vidaa U9 operating system provides smart functions, including an integrated multimedia player, screen mirroring and access to apps. Services such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and FIFA+ are pre-installed. The device also supports 3D content display. The laser light source has a stated lifespan of 90,000,000 hours in both standard and ECO modes. The noise level of the cooling system does not exceed 30dB and the total power consumption of the device is 120W.
Projector connectivity options
An HDMI 2.1 port with eARC and ALLM support, a USB 3.2 port, and a LAN connector are available for connecting signal sources and peripherals. Wireless connectivity is provided by dual-band WiFi (2.4G and 5G), Bluetooth, and support for Miracast, DLNA, and AirPlay 2 screen mirroring standards.
