The new Gigabyte graphics card with a modern GT 740 core is designed especially for multimedia sets. The N740D5OC-1GI graphics card is an overclocked and modified version of the reference graphics card from NVIDIA, which allows it to offer high performance via a chip clocked at 1072 MHz in cooperation with 1GB graphic memory connected through a 128-bit wide bus. These features will be appreciated by all those who will watch HD films, process video and photos, but also computer gamers who will play their favourite titles with a corresponding setting.
The applied Ultra Durable 2 technology guarantees the use of top-quality components. This enables minimisation of voltage losses, longer lifespan of the card and better heat dissipation. In conjunction with a newly designed 10cm fan with Triangle Cool technology, it ensures sufficient and quiet cooling even when the graphics card is fully utilised. The supplied OC GURU II application allows monitoring of the card as well as easy clocking of the GPU, memories and fan speed setting.
To connect a display device, the card includes two DVI connectors, an HDMI and a D-SUB connector. This configuration allows to connect up to 4 monitors and have enough space for work. A realistic display of the game scene is ensured by the implementation of the DirectX 11.2 interface and the support of NVIDIA PhysX physics engine.
