360° Capture with Efficient Use of Image Area for Superb Quality Day and Night

The new DJI Osmo 360 II is designed for 360° capture¹ and uses a square HDR image sensor with the same 360° field of view as a traditional 1" sensor, while offering up to 25% more efficient use of the sensor area. The result is lower power consumption and improved image quality for sharper, more detailed shots day and night.⁶

DJI Osmo 360 II

Digital Camera with 8K 360° Video and Wide Dynamic Range

The digital camera, with its advanced 1" 360° capture¹ along with large 2.4μm pixels and a powerful chip, allows you to shoot native 8K/60fps 360° video. Every frame stays sharp and blur-free even during active movement. The 14.5 EV dynamic range² can capture a much wider range of lighting conditions, while the independent exposure of both lenses handles sudden changes in lighting and preserves details in both the bright and dark parts of the shot.

DJI Osmo 360 II

AI SuperNight 2.0 for Night Shots

The AI SuperNight 2.0 feature offers an f/1.9 aperture and can capture bright, detailed shots even in poor lighting conditions. The new AI algorithm reduces noise, and the DJI digital camera captures faces even in low light. It can also handle fireworks in the night sky and other low-light scenes, where it helps to preserve the details of the shot.⁶

¹ When shooting 360° content, each of the two CMOS sensors on the Osmo 360 II has an image area equivalent to a 1" CMOS sensor with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
² Dynamic range data was measured in a controlled laboratory environment. When shooting high-contrast scenes, set the exposure metering mode to Front and Back Metering for normal use. In the D-Log M colour profile, the maximum dynamic range reaches up to 13.5 EV.
³ An enhanced coating created by ion sputtering is applied to the surfaces of both lenses. Even after 2,000 wipes with steel wool, the Osmo 360 II lens coating remains smooth and even, without affecting the optical quality of the images. The data was collected in a controlled environment and should be considered for reference only.
⁴ Spotlight Follow mode supports video export up to 4K/30fps.
⁵ Related accessories are sold separately.
⁶ Recommended for night shots with lighting above 10 lux.
⁷ 16K 360° timelapse videos can only be exported via the DJI Studio app. The DJI Mimo app only supports preview; export is not supported.
⁸ When using native 360° shooting at 8K/60fps, AI frame interpolation in the DJI Studio app can generate up to 8× slow-motion video, achieving smoothness comparable to cropping 360° footage at 8K/480fps. Since 360° video requires the field of view to be cropped when exported as a regular video, the final export resolution depends on the current software settings.
⁹ Supported only on Mac computers with Apple Silicon chips.
¹⁰ Requires the separately sold Osmo Vortex Rotating Handle.
¹¹ D-Log M mode is not supported in Photo, Timelapse, or Endurance modes. When D-Log M mode is enabled, the Adaptive Tone and Film Tone functions are not available.
¹² Requires export via the DJI Mimo or DJI Studio app.
¹³ Before using this feature, ensure that NFC is enabled on your smartphone and the DJI Mimo app is installed.
¹⁴ Playing single-lens files or selecting multiple panoramic files will initiate a download to your phone. Playing a single panoramic video will take you directly to the panoramic video editing interface in the DJI Mimo app.
¹⁵ For best results, use voice control within a distance of 1 metre in a quiet environment and gesture control within a distance of 2 metres. The actual effective range may vary depending on firmware updates.
¹⁶ Before use, please ensure that the battery compartment cover and the USB-C port cover are firmly closed. It is not recommended to use the camera without the waterproof case for prolonged underwater shooting or in high water pressure environments. The camera has an IP68 waterproof rating. Do not use the camera in hot springs or extreme underwater conditions, and do not allow it to come into contact with corrosive or unknown liquids. The camera itself is waterproof to a depth of 10 metres, but due to the convex design of the fisheye lens, underwater light refraction can cause image distortion and stitching errors. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the camera without a waterproof case for underwater shooting.
¹⁷ The Motion Blur feature is currently only supported on Mac computers with Apple Silicon chips (DJI Studio) and on iPhone 14 models and newer (DJI Mimo app).
¹⁸ Applies to cycling data from Apple Watch, Garmin devices, or third-party FIT files.
¹⁹ Measured in a laboratory environment at 25°C while shooting 8K/30fps 360° video with Wi-Fi off, gesture control off, voice control off, edit assistant off, and display off. The data was collected in a controlled environment and should serve as a reference only. When activating and using the Osmo 360 II in the EU and the UK, the actual battery life may vary depending on local regulations regarding product operating temperatures. Refer to the actual user experience.
²⁰ Measured in a laboratory environment at 25°C using a USB-C charger supporting the standard PD 3.0 protocol with a maximum PD output power of 30W or higher, with the photo and video shooting functions and the display turned off.
²¹ Direct connection to the first-generation DJI Mic is not supported. DJI microphones are sold separately.
²² The Osmo 360 Invisible Waterproof Case is sold separately. When using the Osmo 360 Invisible Waterproof Case underwater, the safe stitching distance is 1m. The data was obtained in a controlled environment with regulated water pressure in a DJI laboratory and should serve as a reference only. Actual performance may vary depending on specific diving conditions and the product's condition.
