With the DJI RC Motion 3 controller, you can truly feel every movement of the drone. The controller is packed with features and offers a brilliant and exciting way to control the DJI Neo drone. The user-friendly controls let you perform complex flight manoeuvres at the touch of a button. In conjunction with the DJI Goggles N3, the DJI Neo drone can also respond to your wrist movements.
The DJI Neo takes off from your palm and lands right back in it
DJI has equipped the Neo drone with premium features, allowing it to take off from your palm and return to it without any worries. Just press the button for the appropriate shooting mode and the DJI Neo drone will capture impressive footage without needing a remote controller. The compact drone can track objects using artificial intelligence algorithms, so it can follow you while running, cycling, or during any other activity. The DJI Neo drone will be your small and clever personal photographer, for whom you will always be the centre of attention. You will have access to QuickShots with a total of six intelligent shooting modes: Dronie, Circle, Rocket, Spotlight, Helix, and Boomerang.
Control the drone the way that suits you
You can use multiple methods to control the drone. The DJI Neo supports aerial shooting without the need for a remote control. You can easily pair it with the DJI Fly app, remote controllers, RC Motion, DJI Goggles, and other devices. The DJI drone can also be controlled with your voice or via the virtual joysticks in the DJI Fly app. If you get the RC Motion 3, the DJI Neo drone can perform advanced aerial acrobatics at the touch of a button and can even manoeuvre in tight spaces. In short, the drone is very agile, making it a great companion for honing your skills in manual mode.
The large sensor lets the drone capture great shots
As is tradition with DJI, the Neo drone is also equipped with a high-quality sensor. The one in the DJI Neo is 1/2-inch and can capture photos with a 12MPx resolution. Thanks to advanced stabilisation algorithms, the DJI Neo records excellent stabilised videos in 4K UHD at 30 FPS. Video stabilisation is handled by a single-axis mechanical gimbal, which is further enhanced by RockSteady and HorizonBalancing image stabilisation. The DJI drone's stabilisation algorithms significantly reduce overall image shake and adjust the horizon tilt within a range of ±45°, which ensures smooth and stable footage.
The drone has plenty of space for all your creations
The DJI Neo has 22GB of internal storage, which can hold up to 40 minutes of video in 4K at 30 FPS or 55 minutes of video in 1080p at 60 FPS. When connected to the DJI Fly app, you can use an external microphone to record audio, automatically eliminate propeller noise, or mix the audio track from the external microphone with the recording. The DJI Neo drone features fast QuickTransfer data transmission, which means you no longer need to connect the drone to your device with a cable; you can use Wi-Fi instead. In the app, you can also perform quick post-production with a single click, for example, using One-Tap Glamour. In addition, you'll have a wide range of templates and sound effects for easy editing.
The DJI Neo handles long flights with great stability
Even though the DJI Neo drone is really small, its battery life will pleasantly surprise you. The drone can stay in the air for up to 18 minutes and while hovering, it can maintain excellent stability even in winds up to force 4 using precise positioning via its infrared and monocular system. The DJI Neo is also equipped with an automatic return to home (RTH) function upon completing its flight path. If you use a remote controller, the DJI drone supports Return to Home (RTH) and Failsafe RTH. If you want to recharge the drone's battery, simply connect it directly to an adapter via the Type-C data cable (included in the package).
