The internal data storage capacity tells you how much space will be left for your data. If your phone's internal storage is less than 1GB , you will only have enough space for the bare minimum needed to run the phone. You will be able to store a few contacts and calendar events. A larger flash memory of about 16GB is the least you need if you want to use all the features your smartphone offers. If you buy a mobile phone with 32 or 64GB, you may not even need an extra memory card. An internal memory capacity of 128GB or more gives you enough space to store high-definition maps of the entire world .
