The internal memory capacity specifies how much space you will have for your apps, documents, and media. If your phone's internal memory is under 1GB, you will only get enough space for the most basic necessities and little else. You will be able to store phone numbers and a few text messages or notes. A larger flash memory with a 16GB capacity is the baseline if you want to use all the features your smartphone offers. If you decide to buy a phone with a 32 or 64GB capacity, you may not even need an extra memory card. An internal memory capacity of 128GB or more gives you the option to store a week worth of movies.
