The Canon MAXIFY GX7140 is a MegaTank multifunction inkjet printer designed for printing, copying, scanning and faxing documents up to A4 size. With refillable ink tanks and print speeds of 24ipm for mono and 15.5ipm for colour, it's ideal for high-volume business printing and daily document processing. The device offers automatic double-sided printing, a 50-sheet duplex automatic document feeder, a total paper capacity of up to 600 sheets, and a tilting colour touchscreen. Connectivity is provided by USB, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and mobile service support enables printing via Canon PRINT, Apple AirPrint, Mopria and more.

High-volume printing with duplex scanning
The Canon MAXIFY GX7140 printer uses refillable ink tanks and four separate GI-46 ink bottles. The yield for A4 documents is 6000 pages in mono and 14000 pages in colour. In economy mode, the yield increases to 9000 pages in mono and 21000 pages in colour. The first page out time is approximately 5.5 seconds for mono and 7 seconds for colour. The device supports banner printing up to 1.2m long. The duplex automatic document feeder is complemented by a flatbed CIS colour scanner and offers single-pass double-sided scanning. The automatic document feeder holds 50 sheets of A4, A5 or Letter format and 10 sheets of Legal format.

The Canon MAXIFY GX7140 is controlled via a tilting 2.7” colour LCD touchscreen. Connectivity is provided by Hi-Speed USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi according to IEEE802.11 b/g/n/a/ac standards. Canon PRINT, Easy-PhotoPrint Editor, Cloud Link, Canon Print Service, Apple AirPrint, Mopria and Wireless Direct services are all available. Compatibility includes Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, iOS, iPadOS and Android operating systems. Integration with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant is also supported. The Super G3 fax offers a memory of approximately 250 pages and speed dialling for up to 100 locations.
