The television offers vivid and true colours, uniform black and balanced brightness. The CHiQ 40D210M has Full HD resolution and a screen that works with 16 million colours, 99% sRGB colour gamut and 220 cd/m2 brightness. LED technology achieves a great viewing angle of 170°. An advanced algorithm then analyses and enhances the image, making the resulting footage cleaner and smoother.

The TV can serve as a second display for work
The TV was also designed with extended usage options in mind. Via the HDMI interface, you can connect a computer or laptop to the TV and use it as an additional large-format monitor for work. The CHiQ 40D210M TV consumes only 37 kW per 1,000 hours of use, which is about 3 hours per day. A remote control for the TV is included with AAA batteries.
Hotel mode for accommodation facilities
Hotel mode is a security and management mode for TVs that restricts user intervention, e.g. by hotel guests. It most often blocks channel retuning, sets the maximum volume, determines the behaviour after switching on and is protected by an administrator PIN code. Hotel mode allows you to lock the TV's retuning, set the maximum volume or activate the default state when switched on. So as soon as the CHiQ 40D210M TV is switched on, the hotel information channel will automatically start. Hotel mode also prevents access to advanced system settings or blocks unwanted changes to inputs (HDMI, USB). The hotel manager can export the settings to a USB drive and upload them to all the TVs in the rooms at once.

Wide connectivity options to exploit the TV's full potential
CI+ (Common Interface Plus) is used to decode paid-for TV programmes directly in the television. It allows you to insert a provider-approved card (from your cable or satellite TV) into the TV. This means you don't need any additional external set-top box and can get by with a single remote control. The HDMI interface allows you to connect the CHiQ TV to your favourite games consoles. This instantly turns your TV into a big-screen gaming system. Thanks to HDMI and USB, the TV also allows you to connect USB flash drives, computers or speakers. If you want to turn your CHiQ into a Smart TV, just plug an Android Smart Box into the HDMI. You will have:

- From 15 June 2022, all CHiQ TVs purchased from Alza are covered by an extended warranty. This gives you an additional two years on top of the statutory warranty. The total warranty period provided is four years.
