As it's an unmanaged switch, its installation is simple and requires no technical knowledge. Just connect the power and network cables, and the device is immediately ready for operation. The Auto-MDI/MDIX feature automatically detects the type of cable used, so you don't need to worry about whether to use a straight-through or crossover cable. Auto-negotiation automatically sets the speed and communication mode for each connected device.
