The hardening process is conducted with the special Friodur technology that guarantees optimum chromium and carbon ratio so that the resulting material is not only sharp but also flexible and corrosion resistant. Every single manufacturing step undergoes a laser control to achieve the highest quality standard. These procedures ensure long life expectancy of the Zwilling knives.
