The ZENKER cake tin is perfect for baking round sponge cakes with a diameter of 20cm. The 20cm cake tin features a double-layer non-stick coating, making it easy to release your baked goods. The coating is completely PFAS-free. A grooved springform frame gives the tin excellent strength and stability during baking. The tin is heat-resistant up to 230 °C.
