The Woox R4331 video doorbell comes with an innovative way to take everyday use of a smart video doorbell to a new level. Inside is a traditional 18650 rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5200 mAh, which can be charged using the included USB-C charging cable. It also comes with a 5V DC/AC power adapter that can be plugged in for continuous power. To make the doorbell even more user-friendly, it also includes mounting points and accessories for installing the existing 8~24V doorbell cables directly on the back of the R4331 doorbell. Run the WOOX R4331 smart video doorbell and doorbell over your existing home Wi-Fi network without the need for a separate hub or paid service. At home, just ask Alexa or Google to show you a live image of your WOOX R4331 doorbell on Echo Show or Nest Hub, so you can quickly see what's happening outside your door. You can also talk or listen via Echo Show or Nest Hub using two-way audio with the WOOX R4331 doorbell.

Thanks to the free and intuitive WOOX Home app on your phone, the WOOX R4331 doorbell acts as your eyes and ears, providing you with safety and protection when you're not at home. Whether you're at work, at the gym, or even abroad, the doorbell registers any interaction at your home or office and gives you the ability to quickly respond to any missed interaction at your door or gate to your home or office.
You can see clearly even in the dark
The WOOX R4331 doorbell is equipped with infrared LEDs and computer vision algorithms that automatically activate night vision in low light conditions. At night you can see the bell in the entire field of view, 100° (horizontal), 135° (vertical), 170° (screen size) with an infrared distance of 5 meters.
Two-way sound
The built-in microphone and speaker of the WOOX R4331 allows you to stay in touch with visitors and respond to any interaction. When visitors ring your doorbell, you'll instantly receive a message on your phone via the WOOX Home app and can immediately answer the call and start a conversation. For example, if you are not at home but a parcel delivery service arrives at your door, you can easily tell them where to leave the parcel.
Intelligent storage
You can store recordings made with the R4331 in three different ways. The standard storage option is the memory of the phone or tablet on which the WOOX Home app is installed. The second way is to insert an SD card (max. 128 GB) in the R4331 SD card slot. Use the WOOX Home app to change the recording settings and all recording will be uploaded to the SD card memory. The third way is to activate cloud storage in the WOOX Home app. It is a paid subscription with different tariffs, monthly, yearly, etc. With any of these three storage methods, your record is protected by encryption, which means that all of your record is exclusively linked to the WOOX Home app and your user data, so your record is fully encrypted and protected by GDPR regulations.
Methods of installation
The R4331 comes with a nice rear bracket that you can use to install the R4331 on any flat surface. The holder can be screwed to the surface, screws and a card with positioning holes for screws are included, or you can install the bracket using 3M tape and stick it to the R4331 unit on the surface. Once the R4331 bell is clipped to the rear bracket and you want to release it, use the included removal needle to remove the R4331 unit from the bracket.
