WESTERN DIGITAL Caviar Green AV-GP 7500GB 32MB cache

Excellent economical yet powerful hard disk with a capacity of 750 gigabytes in a series Caviar AV suitable for multimedia applications. The key to such a high capacity is the use of orthogonal minutes.Perpendicular write technology allows storage of data perpendicular to the disk platter, data record is so dense and capacity several times higher than the older longitudinal registration.Performance also encourage 32MB cache.Due to its low fuel consumption and noise emitted disc suitable for home audio and video technology, multimedia computers, HTPC, or for use in external boxes.
Mark Green Power means breakthrough technology hard drives, which reduces operating consumption, radiated heat and noise.Saving features provide it IntelliPower and Intelliseek. The first of these synchronizes speed of disk platters, transfer rate and caching to reduce disk consumption and optimum performance.Intelliseek calculates the optimal interplay between heads and platters for the best ratio between performance, noise and fuel consumption. These features save disk stamina and the environment.
