Virtuos CCD Wireless Reader HW-855A, Black

Warehouse inventory control isn't the most enjoyable work task, but a good barcode scanner can at least make it significantly easier. Just point the reader at the barcode, press the trigger and the scanned information will be sent to the system – no manual work required.

The Virtuos CCD Wireless Reader HW-855A, Black is a CCD scanner. In other words, it uses tiny photodiodes that act as sensors, which illuminate the barcode at the same time. An advantage of this technology is its excellent reliability, while the downside is its relatively short scanning distance. The scanner can read 2D codes, i.e. not just the most common barcodes, such as EAN, but also QR or Data Matrix codes,.
