High-Quality Images Even in Low Light
The wide-angle 20mm focal length combined with the f/2.8 aperture allows the VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air lens to capture sharp and detailed images even in poor lighting conditions. Thanks to its fast aperture, it captures more light, which you'll appreciate when shooting landscapes, cityscapes, interiors and the night sky. The lens can reliably handle a variety of photographic situations and deliver high-quality results even where there is less light.
Fast and Precise Autofocus
The precise and reliable focusing of the VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air lens is handled by an STM stepping motor, which ensures fast, smooth and quiet autofocus. Thanks to Eye AF support on compatible cameras, it easily keeps the subject in focus even when moving. The low latency and minimal vibration also contribute to smooth photography and video recording.
Eye and Face AF Support
Thanks to its support for the Eye/Face AF function, the VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air works with compatible cameras to automatically focus on a person's eyes and face. This makes it easier to take portraits and shots in motion, and helps keep the main subject in sharp focus. You can concentrate more on composition and capture even fleeting moments without worry.
You'll Be Impressed by the VILTROX Lens Design
The lightweight construction and a weight of just 173g make the VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air an ideal companion for travel and everyday photography. The VILTROX Lens Lets You Shoot Up Close
Thanks to a minimum focusing distance of just 19cm, the VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air allows you to shoot up close and capture impressive details with a strong perspective. High-Quality Optical Construction for Sharp Images
The VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air uses an optical construction of 10 elements in 8 groups, which ensures high image quality across the entire frame. It includes 2 ED elements, 2 aspherical elements and 1 high refractive index (HR) element, which effectively suppress chromatic aberration, distortion and other optical flaws. HD nano anti-reflective coatings contribute to higher contrast and more faithful colour rendering, while the front lens with a water-repellent and oleophobic coating makes cleaning easier and protects the lens from water droplets, dust and fingerprints.
A Lens Thoughtfully Designed Down to the Last Detail
The VILTROX 20 mm f/2.8 Air is equipped with a 52mm filter thread and a high-quality lens hood that helps reduce unwanted glare. The metal bayonet made of hardened aluminium alloy ensures a firm and reliable connection to the camera, while EXIF data transmission support allows information about the lens used to be saved directly with the captured images. There is also a USB-C port that makes updating the lens firmware easy.
