Great, this is what a "default" cleanser for all brands should look like
One of the gentlest cleansers you can buy, it contains only one surfactant. If other cleansers have dried out your skin or broken the "skin barrier", this is a good choice
goat's milk soothes the skin, it can be good for men too, for example after shaving or if you often have a red face

The only surfactant is Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, so it may not clean as well as something harsher. Might not be enough for someone with very oily skin when they still have to get the super high spf sunscreen off. Considering the price though, I recommend trying it out, you won't pay anything for it because this cleanser has very little chance of doing you any harm. As opposed to something harsher, which might make you extra dry and break out in acne.
