I chose the backpack for its large volume and the number of pockets. The website says 20 litres, but when the backpack arrived, the label said 16 litres and the volume really does match it. I returned the backpack and took the Wenger MX Professional, which actually met my requirements in terms of volume. Otherwise, I have to say that even though I returned it, the workmanship was great. The laptop was protected and I didn't have to worry about it. The material was very nice and it has super smooth zippers too. Only the side pockets are really small, maybe a narrow pint can barely fit. I appreciate the small 2 front pockets, but unfortunately they are a little harder to get into, but maybe that's some form of theft protection.
