ROUVY within its function which is based on the permanent resistance (3%) based on the entered weight and height recalculates the power and basically you don't have to shift so often just increase the frequency of pedaling (the resistance is constant and the application automatically recalculates, so it is realistic for a beginner and intermediate for me enough.
It is surprisingly very quiet
works well and within the realistic possibility
not connected to 220V, the battery type 2032 lasts a very long time.
