A brilliant outdoor thermometer. It's accurate, easy to read and looks stylish. But it has one fundamental problem. After about 2.5 years of use, the battery needs replacing. Unfortunately, it's located on the back, so you have to unstick the device from the window. And here's the problem: once it's been unstuck, it loses a great deal of its stickiness. Within 12 hours of changing the battery, our thermometer unfortunately fell to the ground, even though I had secured it with an extra layer of adhesive tape. In this respect, the product is not well thought out. So we bought a new one and I expect that in 2.5 years we'll have to completely replace all the adhesive strips on the back and hope that it doesn't fall off this time. Yet the problem could be solved simply – by moving the battery cover to the front.

A very nice thermometer that shows the lowest and highest temperatures measured during the day. It's not even necessary to stick it to the window; I use it both indoors and outdoors. I was initially shocked that there was no battery in the packaging, but it's inside the device, secured with a tiny screw. I don't know why it's so impractical, but I managed it with the sharp point of a knife. And carefully peel off the back film.
When replacing the battery, remove the cover carefully and evenly, using a cutlery knife to avoid breaking the plastic paws, especially on an older phone that has had several years in the sun, heat and cold. But that's not a negative, it just takes thought.
When removing the foil, be careful not to take off the "foil" display instead of the thin foil! It is only necessary to start removing the protective film with your fingernail (there is a sticker with a warning)
