I have complained about the product. best of all, alza returned my product from authorized service smashed! Yes you read that right! DISMISSED! Alza dealt with the whole thing for another two weeks and then wrote to me saying that I was out of luck and no one would refund the product. I reported it to CTU, so we'll see.
