Ask me in a year how it's holding up. It looks solid and will hopefully tenderise a few schnitzels.
I had to throw out my old Tescoma meat mallet because it had a rubberised handle that turned into a slimy, sticky mess within 3 years. It never occurred to me that they could build planned obsolescence into a simple mechanical tool. Those lads at Tescoma really know their stuff.

Small, compact, handy. But the plastic could be thicker or harder, I don't trust it much. And it's also weighted very far forward, so it tends to slide in the hand as you work. The one from the Presto range looks better to me

Three times more expensive than similar products. But who wants quality and brand- he pays

The material is too soft and I'm afraid the plastic will break soon.
