I chose this TCL soundbar to replace the integrated speakers in my TV and the difference is huge. Even though it's a 2.1 system, it supports Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual technology: X manages to create a very decent spatial effect that draws you into the action. The wireless subwoofer gives movies the right dynamics without taking up too much space. The design is modern and thanks to the HDMI eARC the connection was a matter of one cable and a few seconds.
Dolby Atmos: At this price point, the Atmos support is a great bonus and the surround sound is noticeable.
Wireless subwoofer: No pulling cables through the living room, bass is clear and strong enough for a regular room.
AI Sonic-Adaptation: A feature to help calibrate the sound to the room, which really helps clarity.
Connectivity: HDMI eARC ensures that I can control the soundbar volume directly with the TV remote.
Bluetooth 5.2: Streaming music from your phone is stable and without dropouts.
Missing display: Instead of a display, there are only status LEDs, which sometimes makes it less clear when setting up.
A more plastic look: Compared to the premium series, the materials look a bit cheaper, but it doesn't distract from the TV.

Sound very good, pleasant and non-distracting LED status indication. Fortunately, the audio description can be turned off. By connecting the eARC, the remote control is not needed (volume adjustment from the TV control).
The touch buttons are not backlit, so it's hard to hit the right spot with your finger without full illumination.
The first piece had a thicker sound on the left side of the soundbar, so the overall sound was pulling to the right. Returned - the second piece was fine.
