I am attaching photos from the first baking. The pizza tasted like it came out of the oven. The dough puffed up like it had never puffed in the oven. The mozzarella melted beautifully. In the home oven, the pizza was cooked in its own juices for 10 minutes. Here, the pizza was ready in about 3 minutes.
