Someone posted here that their food caked together when cooking sous-vide at 70°C. That’s nonsense – they’re supposed to withstand 110°C. On the contrary, they’re the best for sous-vide cooking. I’ve been using them for years and haven’t found anything better. The Maxxo vm profi vacuum sealer has no problem at all with them.
