Už třetí měsíc se snažím sehnat další mlýnek na maso nebo vrátit peníze. Problém je, že po prvním umytí mlecí disků se na nich objevily rezavé skvrny. Poslala jsem to zpět do Alzy a tam mi poslali jiný mlýnek na maso. Znovu jsem je umyla, a dva ze tří měli opět skvrny od rzi. Nyní Alza peníze vracet nechce, jejich servisní služba říká, že jsem to měla sušit zvlášť, ne na povrchu, kde přišla voda do kontaktu s kotouči (v návodu k tomu není informace). Ale na vršku disků byly také kapky vody a podle toho se tam objevily rezavé skvrny. Taková je bohužel kvalita. Tento mlýnek na maso nemohu nikomu doporučit. Můj předchozí mlýnek na maso byl 15 let starý, výrobce Tefal a kotouče se daly nechat ve vodě i několik hodin, vše bylo v pořádku.
