"A lot of music for not a lot of money". The ANC is functional, but when compared to the SONY for 9k, it's pretty lame (which is understandable at that price). A minor flaw is that every time I turn it on I have to re-enable the ANC via 2 clicks (1. transparency mode, 2. ANC ON). And the big flaw is the annoying message on incoming calls. He keeps repeating "incoming call, incoming call, incoming call" over and over again in such rapid succession that I feel like throwing the headset away at that moment. Before my phone actually starts ringing or the call shows up on my watch, it tells me up to 7 times. But I'm happy with them in our noisy office.
