I returned 3 purchased power supplies because the description at the time incorrectly stated the "zero-rpm" function (stopping the fan when the power supply is not loaded)
There is a fan in it of sufficient quality not to make a "clicking" sound when it is shot, which is the sound that propagates further into the computer case, and therefore the worst
Even at low speed, the fan is still clearly audible even at a few metres
DOES NOT HAVE ZERO-RPM MODE, even though it is mentioned in the description

The most reliable and overall best resources I've ever seen. I only put Seasonic in my PC. For the PC for the family too. I don't put other power supplies in servers, scientific computing and gaming PCs anymore. (We put cheap power supplies of other brands only in regular office PCs. the reliability of Seasonic power supplies is simply legendary! I put this particular one in a PC for my grandmother, where I believe it will last 17 years. Grandma doesn't play games, only the grandkids when they come to visit. And the whole PC has a maximum of 210 WATT, so 850W Seasonic power supply could really last for 17 years: -)
