I' ve had the bike for a while, it' s my first electric bike. I have always been deterred from buying an e-bike by price, weight and appearance. This is different. It looks great, it' s light and at first glance, it doesn' t look like an e-bike. And the sale price convinced me to buy. The only thing that disappointed me are the brakes. They couldn' t be adjusted at all to brake a little and when they finally did, they made a horrible sound. After a few kilometers of intensive braking, they ' sat down' and it' s better. The battery could also use more capacity, but that' s the price of a battery hidden in the frame. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the bike. It just could come with some sort of manual and not just a QR code on the frame linking to the internet

Everything arrived in order (no scratches or other defects) in the box. Installation approx. 5 - 10 minutes. My son is completely satisfied (evaluation after 3 trips approx. 50-70 km), i. e. apart from the mechanical disc brakes (there will be a transition to hydraulics).

as everybody writes that the brakes brake like from butter

My wife is absolutely thrilled, before it was not enough for me, now it's the opposite. When it goes up a steeper hill > 25 km/h, I can see how Pogačara's rivals are: -) No problem with the bike so far, nothing squeaks or rattles. Easy to handle, brakes could be a bit sharper.
I just put different grips on the handlebars, better pedals and shortened the handlebars slightly. Great satisfaction so far. The combination of price and weight under 14 kg was irresistible. The manual was sent to me by email from Sava.

I didn't have a chance to test the bike because of the fault.

After assembling the bike, brakes not working, calipers on both front and rear wheel stifling (rear wheel was factory fitted, apparently don't test functionality even by turning the wheel). Couldn't be adjusted, so after 1 day from purchase taken to an authorized service, where they also didn't adjust the brakes, defect on the wheel frame. So far in complaint, waiting for repair or replacement.

The product doesn't quite match the specs (arrived with significantly better brakes), but for around 25k it's clearly a great value for money.
At 90 kg weight it exceeds the declared range, the assistance is not overly strong, but it is definitely noticeable. With the engine off, it behaves practically like a normal bike.
