Thanks to Alza and their great communication we were without fridge for 2 weeks. They sent 3 times the guys for instalment but when they arrive they were not aware even why they came for, no instruction provided. They couldnt make basic installation fridge to water pipe. They didnt have any tools or any knowledge. So if you order similar product dont trust installation from Alza
