I chose it because of the larger internal dimensions to fit my plates in, but unfortunately the rotating glass plate is not quite in the middle, so even though the internal dimensions say the large plates will fit in, they have a problem with rotation and scrape against the side. Too bad, but otherwise complete satisfaction.
