For less than a year the machine worked as it should and it was great, but then the problems started and since then the machine hasn't worked. First there was a problem with the milk nozzle, then there was a software glitch (the coffee maker became a bit of a jerk and didn't know what to do) and finally the water and steam boilers started to go. The FAST partner service first illegally destroyed the coffee machine during the second repair, then they searched for the coffee machine, then finally found it and wanted 14k for the repair (it was an out-of-warranty service and the coffee machine was missing for about 3 months). Buy a separate lever coffee machine and a separate grinder. SAGE is no longer allowed to cross anyone's doorstep in our company: )
